This Privacy Policy explains what data M Design Studio ("we", "us") collects through mdesignstudioai.com, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

Who we are

M Design Studio is a small, independent brand run by Maki. The site combines an AI blog ("M Design Studio Daily") and a portfolio of ready-made AI apps and agent packages ("MDS AI App Factory").

What data we collect

The site is static — there is no database, user accounts, or login. We collect data in only two ways:

• When you fill out the contact form on the About & Contact page — your name, email address, and message.
• Anonymous, aggregate visit data (visit counts, which pages are read, rough location/device) via Cloudflare Web Analytics — this tool does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors, only overall numbers.

The contact form and Web3Forms

The contact form sends your message through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), an independent service that forwards it directly to our inbox. We do not store your data in our own database. To request deletion, reach out via the contact form.

Cookies

The site does not use tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use for basic visit statistics, is explicitly cookie-less and does not collect personal visitor data.

Google Search Console

The site is registered with Google Search Console to track how it appears in Google Search (how often, at what positions). This relates to the site's search performance, not to tracking individual visitors.

Links to other sites

The site links to our own apps (MDS AI App Factory, on subdomains like card.mdesignstudioai.com) and to external tools mentioned in blog posts (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, Perplexity). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you submitted through the contact form at any time — just reach out via the contact form.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The last-updated date is always shown at the top of the page.
